AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
While the school year may look different than before, the Y’s out-of-school time and afterschool programs continue to be a familiar place where children can be safe, active, learning and engaged during their time out of school—something especially important as children adjust to the many changes related to COVID-19. Through a balanced approach to youth development, the Y offers activities, mentorship and academic support, helping kids to thrive throughout the school year.
After School Program
Dover/NP City Schools
School-age / Elementary to Middle School
Children are transport by the YMCA to the Tuscarawas County YMCA location. Program provides a safe alternative for school-age children childcare. Students will have a snack, homework help, physical activity, and make new friends. We can also make sure your child gets to their favorite Y program or Y team practice.
Parent Pickup is 6 PM / Transportation determined by space availability.
Strasburg City Schools
The YMCA's After School Care is for students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade. The program is licensed by the State of Ohio, and we provide a curriculum focused on education, leadership, and character development.
Parent Pickup is 5:30 PM
